- Chuck Massey with Lifelink introduced Leah Ozment, who shared her personal story (ATTACHMENT A) about her son, Thomas, who passed away following a motorcycle accident and the impact and importance of the organ donation process. - The recent 2024 ESO patch has resulted in glitches. Centers were advised not to install the patch. If you are experiencing technical issues with v5, please contact [email protected] to expedite a solution.
- Kim Kotteman with Lifelink reminded members that if you are having an ACS site visit, please reach out to us ahead of time, and we'd be happy to get the data ready for you. We have some standardized guidelines to provide consistent answers and metrics: [email protected].
- Lynn Grant presented an overview of the alcohol misuse screening at Fairview, a Level III trauma center (ATTACHMENT B), to meet the ACS standard (ATTACHMENT C).
- Sam Buchanan detailed Grady's process (ATTACHMENT D) to meet IR standard 4.15 (ATTACHMENT E), which requires 24/7 availability for IR services.
