Bleeding Control Kit Application Period

To help with demand and kit distribution, the Georgia Trauma Commission will have Kit Application Periods for qualifying organizations. Organizations will be able to apply for kits, and after the application period ends, the Stop the Bleed Coordinator will review applications. Kits will be distributed based on organization priority, training status, available supplies, and region needs. The application period will reopen while supplies last. Applicants may be placed on a waitlist for kit allotment until more kits are available.

Kit Application Period

The Georgia Trauma Commission will have a bleeding control kit application period for qualifying organizations.

Our last application period ended August 31, 2023. Our RTAC Coordinators are hard at work reviewing and distributing previous requests!

At this time, we do not have an upcoming date for the next application period, but please take the time to submit your information to be put on the notification list once another application period becomes available.

Kit Review and Distribution Period

After each application period, the Stop the Bleed Coordinator will review applications and work with each region RTAC Coordinator to advise of kit pick-up and distribution plan. Please note that kits are first come, first serve while supplies last.
