Gabriela Saye is a strategic operations professional passionate about transforming systems and driving meaningful progress in healthcare. A magna cum laude graduate of Georgia State University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies.
Gabriela began her healthcare career at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, initially supporting Pulmonology before transitioning to Trauma Services. Over seven years with the organization, she advanced into the role of Clinical Support Coordinator, where she led coordination efforts for American College of Surgeons (ACS) verification visits across Level I and II pediatric trauma centers, managed Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course coordination, and played a key role in supporting operations for the trauma program and transfer center.
In 2021, Gabriela joined the Georgia Trauma Commission, where she oversees business operations, event planning, and supports eight committees and strategic initiatives. She has spearheaded the implementation of dashboards and business tools that have streamlined contract tracking and elevated operational continuity.
Known for her collaborative spirit and solutions-oriented mindset, Gabriela is passionate about leveraging stakeholder engagement to improve systems, optimize processes, and deliver sustainable impact across Georgia’s trauma network.
