EMS Education Grant Programs Coordinator Contractor Position Open
The Georgia Trauma Commission is seeking a contracted EMS Education Grant Programs Coordinator to provide administrative coordination for the Commission’s Initial Education and NAEMT educational grant programs. The Coordinator will manage grant applications, monitor program requirements and documentation, assist applicants and grant recipients, coordinate reimbursement documentation, and maintain accurate records for these statewide education initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with EMS education and program administration. Current Georgia EMS licensure is preferred, and a Georgia EMS Instructor/Coordinator credential is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Georgia EMS educational requirements, OEMS&T regulations, NREMT testing processes, grant-funded education programs, and Smartsheet or similar workflow platforms is also preferred.
This is a remote, flexible contract position expected to require approximately 10–15 hours per week, with workload varying based on grant cycles and program activity. The position includes participation in Education Team meetings and monthly virtual grant orientation sessions. Travel is expected to be minimal.
