On behalf of the Georgia Trauma Commission and EMS Subcommittee of the Trauma Commission, please let this announcement serve as the opening of the AFY 2021 GTCNC EMS Trauma-related Equipment grant application and submission period.
The amount per ambulance for this grant cycle is $ 787.93
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF COMPLETED GRANT APPLICATIONS IS APRIL 30, 2021***
***If you need additional time, please complete the Special Request for additional time form and submit it to [email protected] no later than 4/5/2021.***
***If you request equipment not already approved for purchase, please complete the Special Request for Equipment form and submit it to [email protected] no later than 4/10/2021.***
This year, we ask that all applications be e-mailed to [email protected] or faxed to 706.841.1980.
